How do your sizes run?
Most styles use a letter-plus-number label — S(2), M(4), L(6), XL(8) — pairing the common size with its U.S. numeric equivalent. See our full size guide for how fit can vary style to style.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum required.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then typically arrive within 7–12 business days. You'll get tracking by email once it ships.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective; we're not able to accept returns for size, color, or change-of-mind. Full detail is in our refund policy.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email support@ruedouce.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible after ordering — if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do what we can. Once an order ships we're no longer able to make changes to it.
